FAMILY COURT REFORM WEBSITES
It is critical to get involved in court reform. Some of you
coming to this page recognize that the courts have completely lost their minds.
Perhaps you have blamed DSHS/
You may have been lied to, lied about, and withheld information from with judicial approval. Perhaps there was coercion to get you to sign off your rights to the children or agree to dependency. Your family may have tried to get custody of the children only to discover that they too, become a victim of family court crime. At first, you probably thought yours was an isolated case. Think again, and welcome to the masses being herded down family court lane into a dark abyss.
Regardless of what state you may come from, it is all the
same. There are trends that the states are following starting with federal law
then state laws are developed for maximum funding and absolute power to rule
with as little resistance as possible. You probably have discovered circular
reasoning and lawmaking where no matter what argument is presented, another law
then gets quoted to abolish your rights. Pass the buck between agencies and
courts is common place. Someone seeking legal relief in this venue is sunk.
They made it that way, they want to keep it that way, and those in control will
fight to the death anyone trying to take it from them. DSHS/
We also have to look past the law and see what is being written in judicial and court room rules. It is here that one finds the operating base outside of the law encompassing those values that we find ourselves victims of. Because the public rarely, if ever, finds their way into judicial and court rules activism, the bar associations across the country are having a field day taking our rights from us along with our children.
I am starting this list of groups dedicated to court reform around the country. If there is a group that should be on the list that is not, drop me a line. Here is an interesting article on court reform theories:
