ABOUT US
The removal of my grandson is only the beginning. The tyranny he and my granddaughter may live under is unthinkable to me. It is critical to do some governmental house cleaning and challenge pathological lawmaking.
While that world has always been there, I was one of those who ignored it allowing the birth of change without my input like so many others dealing with only what is in front of them at any given time. I awoke from my political slumber only to discover that our Constitution is being treated like legislative toilet paper and the freedom I so cherished was but an illusion. I probably have grieved for my country as much as I have grieved over the removal of my lineage. It was like waking up to find out that an unnecessary death of a close loved one was at hand perpetrated by the greedy, selfish and twisted elected and appointed officials using “government interest” superseding any and all rational thought about governing with integrity, and ignoring basic principals of Constitutional Law.
Ron Paul made a startling statement while addressing Congress on the bailout. He said that probably only 15% of Congress supported the Constitution. Congress along with the president is giving billions of dollars to the states out of our dwindling Social Security money each year to encourage child removal and adoption. If what he said is true, what have we done? How did we let this happen? Better yet, how do we fix it?
The first thing Congress did to take away the rights of the People was to create a secondary government then clothe it in immunity. This is important information because technically they asked themselves this question: How do we get around the Constitution and the law? Then they proceeded to develop huge divisions that seem to answer to nobody. DSHS is one of those divisions and
1. This is what I propose and it needs to be done in every single state. Develop a petition (initiative) to make division heads that have significant public impact electoral positions. If your state does not allow the petition process then rally together and demand it. In
2. Contact every single social worker/case manager in your state and educate them on the process of entrapment. Entrapment can be used in criminal or white collar civil suits. If a case worker has not had a torrid past of lies, cheating and stealing but is now doing so for the government, they may be eligible to participate in a class action lawsuit. If they had to quit because of government lack of ethics, they may still be eligible. Have a central contact person who will maintain confidentiality should a case worker come forward with their story. It is critical for those who recently quit or were fired to be contacted. On the home page is a fax that can be sent to a case worker who families allege are falsifying documents and telling lies in court. This will help expose corruption and change the agency dynamics.
3. Join a family preservation organization that helps families and children stay together and financially support them. Citizens for Family Preservation has a membership page. All members will be able to invest in stock options in the near future. The stocks will be worth $1 a piece with a minimum purchase of 100. The proceeds of this will be used for lobbying and grass roots in every state along with public education that does not exist now. Also, this will help pay for lawsuits as they become necessary.
4. Because of the lack of honesty that exists in our government and within
5. Last but not least, begin to look at your Congressmen. Develop profiles on each one and examine their record to see if they support our Constitution or if they are globalists. Some need to be charged with high treason and removed from office. Where are they getting their money from? Who do they associate with? What is their real agenda? If they lie to the People and we can prove it, let’s get them out of office. Pay close attention to those who are taking large amounts of money from pharmaceutical companies. They are helping to pass laws and institute trends that are damaging and killing children. Bribery money is commonplace. Five Congressmen just got caught. I bet little happens to them. I notice they are all Republicans. I wonder how many Democrats are also on the take but are using this to gain strongholds.
Another hint: Look at members of Congress who are on the Adoption committee and find out where their money is coming from. It seems to be a well attended and large committee. Why are Congress members so enthusiastic about the destruction of families? What’s in it for them? Check their connections with the UN and world banking.
If we work together we can turn this disaster around. It will not be without pain, time, expense and effort. Each comes to the table with their own story. Some are faced with nothing but blatant lies. Others may have a mix of truth with a lot of propaganda. Then there are guilty parents and extended family who have lost control and done serious damage to children. Many extended family are kicked to the curb and not given preference for relative placement because CPS is giving the children to foster adopts due to the money the state receives. The shuck and jive routines used to accomplish this are more than I want to list here.
Look at what your legislature is doing in your state and get involved. Be at public hearings and give your EDUCATED opinion and what the solutions are. Do your homework and know the issues so that you can argue intelligently. VOTE!
Whatever your story is, you deserve at the very least due process of law afforded to you under the Constitution. Through the manipulation of laws, we have lost most due process as it relates to family and children. By demanding the courts and government handle all our affairs, we are now faced with a tyranny that will suffocate the life out of all of us if we don’t stop it.
An activist recently complained that out of the thousands of people she and others have helped over the years all of them have disappeared. During a time when we need to rally together, where are the supporters? Let’s find them and start working towards system change.
